No. We optimize your application; the university decides.
Can I ask a quick question before booking?
We are happy to answer brief questions about whether a service is suitable. Detailed application advice is provided through a booked service so we can review your situation properly.
What universities do you cover?
All Hungarian universities with English-language programs. Special focus on art, music, business, and sports schools.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, Wise, Revolut, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Payment is due before the session.
What is the Profile Audit?
Send CV and transcript. Receive written strengths/gaps assessment within 48 hours. Decide whether to book a strategy session or support package. Audit fee is credited against a larger package if purchased within seven days.
How long does the Strategy Session take?
2 hours. You receive a written roadmap within 48 hours.
Can I book multiple services separately?
Yes. Many students start with the Audit, then add Strategy or Document Preparation.
Do you help with visa applications?
We provide guidance and document checklists. We do not submit visa applications on your behalf.
How do I schedule a session?
Fill out the booking form. We reply within 24 hours with payment instructions and available times.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us at least 48 hours before your session. Late cancellations forfeit the fee.
Do you offer refunds?
The Profile Audit fee is non-refundable. Other services: 60% refund if cancelled 48+ hours before.
